Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
Location:
- Warrensville Heights, Ohio
- Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (36 or 48 Hours/Week Available)
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel assignments
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License required
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Current AHA ACLS Certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry findings
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Assess and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and best clinical practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Strong telemetry monitoring and acute care skills
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical-thinking abilities
