Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and plows as part of a team.
• Follow established procedures to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and the public.
• Arrive promptly at assigned locations as scheduled, ready to work variable hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions for extended periods.
• Shifts vary from salting shifts (typically 4-6 hours) to plow events (12-15 hours per shift).
• Reliable transportation to the branch or job site at ANY hour.
• Must provide own cold weather clothing, including winter boots, coat, hat, and gloves.
• Regular and dependable attendance is essential.
• Available to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and nights.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Compensation

Paid within 48 hours of each shift.
