Sidewalk Snow Shovelers

Responsibilities
- Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and plows as part of a team.
- Follow established procedures to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal.
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and the public.
- Arrive promptly at assigned locations as scheduled, ready to work variable hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions for extended periods.
- Shifts vary from salting shifts (typically 4-6 hours) to plow events (12-15 hours per shift).
- Reliable transportation to the branch or job site at ANY hour.
- Must provide own cold weather clothing, including winter boots, coat, hat, and gloves.
- Regular and dependable attendance is essential.
- Available to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and nights.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Compensation
Paid within 48 hours of each shift.
