Pool & Spa Service Technician
No Pool or Spa Experience Necessary – We Will Train!
We are hiring a full-time Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our team. This position works in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work, we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Diagnose and repair pool and hot tub equipment
- Assist with field service jobs as needed
- Assist with billiard and spa moves
- Refelt billiard rails and tables
- Provide excellent customer service and support the overall customer experience
- Increase sales through product knowledge and customer recommendations
- Offer alternative product ideas and solutions
- Support store sales goals
- Maintain quality control standards
- Attend company, team, and training meetings as required
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and hygiene
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one (1) year of plumbing and/or electrical experience required
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to work long hours in extreme weather conditions
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Above-average communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be prompt and punctual

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Some Saturdays (if work is delayed due to weather)
- Day shift – 8:00 AM start time
Experience (Preferred):
- Plumbing: 1 year
- Electrical: 1 year
