Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Approx. 3 Months)

Shift Time: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM (Overtime as required)

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Overtime as required)

Number of people to hire in the next 30 days: 5

Expected Hours: 40 hours/week (OT available as needed)

Job Description: We are seeking reliable Production Associates / Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assisting machine operators, operating production equipment, removing and separating parts, assembling products, packaging finished goods, and maintaining production quality standards. Candidates will work with soft polyester nonwoven insulation materials while following all safety procedures and production guidelines.
