Area Director Multi-Unit Restaurant Leadership

This role is all about coaching leaders, driving performance, and creating amazing guest experiences across a group of restaurants.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor restaurant General Managers and leadership teams across several locations
• Drive strong results in sales, labor, food cost, and overall profitability
• Visit restaurants regularly to support teams, solve problems, and keep operations running at a high level
• Coach leaders to build strong teams, positive culture, and career growth
• Ensure restaurants deliver excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Review performance metrics and help teams improve results week over week
• Support hiring, leadership development, and succession planning

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of restaurant management experience
• Multi-unit leadership experience strongly preferred
• A coach-first leadership style with a passion for developing people
• Strong operational knowledge and the ability to drive results
• Comfortable working in restaurants and traveling between locations
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
