Administrator I, Production Application

Position Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator I, Production Application to support and maintain our production print applications and ensure seamless interoperability with workstations, print services, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical writing, communication, and troubleshooting skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line support and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Document procedures, write instructional materials, and standardize processes.
• Analyze user experience issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate application updates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor software applications and create maintenance schedules.
• Develop no-code workflows and scalable solutions for moderate complexity requirements.


Required Skills & Competencies
• Technical Writing: Document procedures, handle tickets, and communicate clearly.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance, timely responses, and trust-building with stakeholders.
• Business Analysis: Scope requirements, estimate timelines, and diagnose UX issues.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication with users and teams.
• Technical Skills: Application support, troubleshooting, and no-code development.
• Leadership Skills: Prioritize tasks, mentor peers, and maintain positivity under pressure.


Qualifications
• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the print industry strongly preferred.
• IT Help Desk experience (application & hardware support).
• Technical certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various operating systems and networks.


Working Conditions
