We are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Automotive Technician to join our elite team.Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and vehicle programming.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication with clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensure achievement of CSI/NPS targets.

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or GED (technical study in the field preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (luxury brand experience preferred).
• ASE certification(s) or OEM factory certifications (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc.) are a plus.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and computer-based repair systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
