We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Design Drafter to support our engineering team by converting custom-engineered solutions into precise manufacturing drawings and entering data into our ERP system for production. This position is essential in ensuring accuracy and completeness across all stages of order detailing and production setup, while helping reduce the administrative workload for engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Use Solid Edge or similar CAD software to create and revise detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, including section and detail views, with correct dimensions and annotations
• Enter technical data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and route into the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy and perform a final check process before releasing orders to production
• Interpret and apply data from blueprints, architectural drawings, and customer-supplied documents
• Coordinate with engineers, customers, and internal teams to resolve design, manufacturing, or application issues
• Prepare accurate and complete ERP data for manufacturing, including custom part specs, hardware templates, and special-order instructions
• Maintain full documentation trails, including revision history, communication logs, and approval checkpoints
• Continuously review internal processes for efficiency and collaborate on improvements to the detailing and documentation workflow
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team goals

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree or Certificate in Drafting, Mechanical Design, Engineering Technology, or related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of CAD drafting/detailing experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
• Proficient in Solid Edge or experience using 3D CAD software
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
