At Trademark Solutions & Discount Signs & Awnings, we help businesses stand out with high-quality signs, awnings, lighting, and branded solutions. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Service Technician to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of signage and awning systems across the Mid-Ohio Valley. This is a great opportunity for someone who's detail-oriented, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in seeing the results of their work all over town. What You'll Do Assist with installation and repair of signs, awnings, and lighting equipment Construct and install awnings (training provided) Complete site surveys including detailed measurements, descriptions, and photos for clients Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Perform routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment Track equipment, tools, and supplies Document all work performed in the company's operating system (basic computer skills required) Support the team with other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights (greater than 50 ft with safety equipment) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Drug-free and safety-minded Previous experience in electrical, construction, or maintenance fields preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site Familiarity with hand and power tools Comfortable using email and basic computer programs (Microsoft or Google Business Suite) Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile for customers Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends to meet customer deadlines Self-motivated, eager to learn new skills, and capable of working independently when needed Who You Are Easy-going and flexible Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude Takes pride in a job well done and enjoys seeing projects come to life Dependable and proactive --- you take initiative and enjoy solving problems on your own Compensation & Benefits Compensation provided upon request.
