Senior Business Valuation Associate

We're partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Senior Business Valuation Associate to join their Valuation & Transaction Advisory team. This role focuses on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client-facing advisory work, with opportunities to lead engagements and mentor junior team members.

What You'll Do:

• Lead financial analysis and build complex valuation models

• Apply advanced valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, capitalization of earnings)

• Prepare and present valuation reports and insights to clients

• Support transaction advisory work, including Quality of Earnings engagements

• Conduct client interviews and develop strong business understanding

• Provide recommendations based on valuation outcomes

• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality engagements

• Mentor and develop junior analysts

• Assist with business development and client relationship management

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in financial modeling and business valuation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exposure to transaction advisory, M&A, or consulting environments

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus)

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
