Automation Developer
Position Overview We are seeking a talented Automation Developer to enhance our marketing efforts through the development and implementation of automated marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to improve campaign effectiveness and streamline processes.This is a full time, direct hire role that requires you to be onsite in Cincinnati, OH at least 4 days/week.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in scoping, requirement and specification meetings and design/solution reviews
- Assess and analyze business requirements and recommend optimal ways to provide desired outcome within the system constraints while also assessing potential risks
- Manage and execute the design and implementation of overall solution within customer data and/or journey orchestration platforms
- Demonstrate expertise using customer data platform, user interfaces and integration to client systems and solution performance
- Produce functional specification documentation based upon partner business requirements and work closely with various departments to coordinate efforts to ensure deadlines are met
- Perform necessary system testing and end-to-end code audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience using marketing automation platforms, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services and message queues
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make customer first, data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong programming skills and experience as a developer in web technologies
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
