Landscape Account Manager (West Columbus)

We are seeking an Account Manager to develop strong and lasting client relationships, solve landscape issues, beautify their client’s property, and achieve enhancement sales goals to reach branch revenue numbers. This Account Manager role will be responsible for a minimum client portfolio of $1.5 million and goal of 90% retention of clients. This Account Manager role is base salary plus profit sharing (non-commission sales role).

Qualifications
- 3 years’ minimum of landscape account management experience
- Ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, team-oriented, relationship building, and has strong horticulture and turf knowledge
- Experience with estimating/proposal software programs, Microsoft office suite, Outlook email, and Adobe Pro
- Excellent business writing and communication skills for in-person meetings, over the phone, and email correspondence
Specific Responsibilities:
- Client relations: Follow up with all client/prospect calls, emails and other correspondence within 24 hours. Build lasting relationships with frequent communication and ability to solve issues
- Quality: communication with production team to meet FSLM and client quality expectations, daily site inspections, and elimination of rework or call backs
- Schedule site walks with clients to assess enhancement opportunities
- Monitor and track new enhancement sales in sales log and have available to share at weekly branch meeting
- New property onboarding: coordination with Production Manager, Branch Manager and Business Developer to review new site and client expectation, enhancement opportunities and schedule for service
- Assist in snow removal program
- Uphold FSLM core values, mission and vision
Daily Keys for Success
Production: AM needs to be available via phone/email to answer any questions from production regarding workload/schedule, last-minute needs or issues.
Property Visits: Each day the AM should have a plan to visit job sites to identify quality issues and or respond to client concerns.
Client Relationships: Your main objective is to get to know clients so that we can serve them and address their concerns. While all clients are important, each AM should have a clear understanding of their top strategic clients.
Enhancement Sales: Enhancements are property improvements that fall outside of our existing maintenance contract. It is the role of the AM to respond to enhancement opportunities that the client brings up as well as proactively identifying and presenting improvement ideas to your clients.
