Now Hiring: Unit-Based Clinical Pharmacist ED & Critical Care Focus
Location: State College, PA
Schedule: Primarily day shifts, 8-hour rotations

Position Highlights:

• Work across multiple high-acuity units including the ED and ICUunlike larger institutions that may limit you to one area, this role offers true clinical variety

• Collaborate with the Antibiotic Stewardship Team to optimize patient outes

• Participate in acute care scenarios including cardiac arrest, stroke, trauma, and sepsis response

• Join a supportive, interdisciplinary team and contribute to high-impact clinical decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication order entry and profile review

• Clinical consultation and drug therapy monitoring

• Participation in interdisciplinary rounds

• Respond to urgent patient scenarios per hospital protocols

Ideal Candidate:

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy

• pletion of PGY1 or at least 3 years of recent clinical hospital experience

• Active PA pharmacist license or willingness to obtain

• Strong interest in ED, CCU, and antimicrobial stewardship
