We are looking for Supervisors (LPCC-S) who can provide clinical and billing supervision for LSWs and LPCs. This role can be fully remote or hybrid and you do not need to maintain a client caseload, however you certainly can if desired!

We offer a private practice setting while doing the heavy lifting for you. You became a mental health clinician to make a difference in other people’s lives, not to manage books, insurance contracts, credentialing, facilities upkeep, and all the other details that come with running a business.

Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR/Trauma, child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.

Required qualifications:

· Licensed LISW-s or LPCC-S in the state of Ohio

· Comfortable supervising LSWs and LPCs under your license

· Comfortable with part-time 1099 position

Compensation:

· $100 per payroll for each dependent supervisee (pay every two weeks).
