Residential Case Manager

Part-Time Residential Case Management Positions Available
-We are looking for qualified individuals to help provide behavioral health case management to shelter clients while experiencing homelessness in Hocking Co.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with residents and reviewing continued stay plans
- Maintaining shelter presentation
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must attend monthly staff meetings & both individual and teams clinical supervision meetings
Requirements:
- Must be willing & able to work with individuals who may be experiencing a behavioral healthcare need
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be willing to work night shift
- Must have HS Diploma or Equivalency (proof of highest level of education & identifying documents are required at date of hire)
- Must have reliable transportation
Shifts available Midnight-8:00am
