Job Title: Carpenter (1st Shift) ($25.00-30.00/hr.)

Job Description

This direct-hire carpenter role focuses on both finish carpentry and structural work for residential remodeling projects. You will use your craftsmanship and hands-on leadership to complete high-quality work on home additions and interior renovations, ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of finish trim work, including detailed installation of cabinets and other interior finishes.
• Complete rough framing tasks, including all phases of framing for home additions and structural modifications.
• Carry projects through all carpentry phases of a home addition, from initial framing to finish work.
• Maintain high workmanship standards on all residential remodeling projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and durability.
• Use hand tools and carpentry equipment safely and effectively to complete daily tasks.
• Install materials and components according to project specifications, building codes, and best practices.
• Travel to various residential job sites as required for project work.

Work Environment

This role is based in residential field settings, primarily on the west side of Cleveland, working on home remodeling and home addition projects. You will travel to various job sites, performing both interior and exterior carpentry work in an active construction environment. The work involves regular use of hand tools and standard construction equipment, with a focus on safety and craftsmanship. Typical hours follow standard daytime construction schedules, with the expectation of reliability and punctuality. Company shirts and hoodies are provided, while you supply your own work-appropriate pants and shoes suitable for construction sites.

This is a Permanent position based out of North Ridgeville, OH.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
