Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RPh on the Go is currently seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for a pharmacy technician with retail or similar pharmacy experience, and it has the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
- Assignment Length: 8+ weeks, potential for permanent hire
- Start Date: ASAP
- Facility Type: Retail Pharmacy
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
- Shift: 1st shift
- Pharmacy Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 6:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in serving patients and maintaining the pharmacy
- Process prescriptions electronically with complete and accurate information
- Troubleshoot issues, including rejected insurance claims
- Select correct medications and measure dosages to fill prescriptions
- Stock, label, and monitor inventory
Requirements:
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
- Previous retail or similar pharmacy experience preferred
