As a **Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driving Role** in **Columbus, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for customers and employees. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and/or on foot. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the retail location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
+ Support access control practices by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter theft or unauthorized entry.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
+ Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters and contribute to a secure environment for customers and staff.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
