Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Ink Packager for our client. This role involves filling ink into designated containers, bottles, and drums, packaging, sealing, and labeling finished products accurately, and maintaining proper counts and documentation of packaged materials.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Fill ink into designated containers, bottles, and drums
• Package, seal, and label finished products accurately
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate counts and documentation of packaged materials
• Prepare packaged products for storage or shipment
• Support transition to Batch Maker role with on-the-job learning

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience (required)
• Ability to work autonomously; self-driven and dependable
• Basic math skills for measuring and counting
• Willingness and ability to be trained by forklift after onboarding
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
