We need a lot of help from you to lead and oversee the planning thru execution of art & graphic design for all types of signage, experiential graphics & branding projects. Play a vital role in creating a "Wow!" for our customers. It will be of utmost importance that designs are creative, executable, brand consistent, completed on time, accurate and aligned with the highest quality standards. This position demands strong comprehension, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Graphic Design from concepts thru production art for all types of signs & experiential graphics.
• Manage art workflow & QC
• Help achieve the goals of our clients and our team
• Resource management, create & maintain regularly scheduled art status updates
• Scheduling - creating & maintaining deadlines
• Create design & branding templates
• Help manage outside design resources
• Limited Travel Site Visits
• You must be eager to continually learn & grow
• Organize & maintain a safe, clean & efficient work environment
• Document & track all activities
• Full time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Design, Art - OR - a related field and/or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.
• Creativity & high taste level
• Industry experience in creating realistic renderings of all types of signs & experiential graphics, especially ones with dimension.
• Strong expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with branding & re-branding
• Strong expertise with methodologies, tools, and best practices for managing art quality control & workflow
• Ability to create project art assets from concepts all the way thru production art
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, vendors and stakeholders.
• Technology oriented, especially proficient with Microsoft products.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Leadership skills or potential plus the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Sketch Up experience is not required but really helpful
• Portfolios are really, really useful
