As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in West Jefferson OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as a Front Desk professional where you will greet visitors manage access monitor activity and support security-related operations through clear communication and attentive customer this welcoming role you will help to create a professional environment while reflecting our values of reliability teamwork integrity and a people-first approach.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk access protocols visitor check-in support and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Monitor front desk activity receive and direct visitors vendors and deliveries and document security-related incidents concerns and unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by verifying identification maintaining visitor logs issuing access credentials as directed and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals and departures.
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries provide guidance on entry procedures and support a professional lobby presence within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including notifying appropriate personnel and following site-specific response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
