Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager , you will:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with the "Big Three" automotive customers (Ford, GM, Stellantis) while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Lead new sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers to meet their sales, service, and design requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
• Travel as needed to customer sites to maintain relationships and support growth efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Previous experience working directly with Ford, GM, Stellantis, or similar OEMs.
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to read and interpret part drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to effectively communicate technical requirements with customers and internal teams.
• A positive, results-driven mindset and a collaborative team-player attitude.
