Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Southern, DE

Up to $38/hour + a $2,000 sign on bonus!

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment by performing both mechanical and electrical repairs. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot, inspect, and adjust machinery, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. The Technician will work collaboratively within a team to maintain equipment functionality and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and adjust machinery as needed.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic diagnostics and test machine parts to determine repair needs.
• Complete general facility maintenance as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective maintenance operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
• Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in working with mechanical systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with 480V systems.
• Ability to program and modify PLCs.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance and repair.
• Understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Selbyville, DE.

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

- Hourly employees receive their pay every Friday. - Medical benefits are provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. - Dental coverage is through Delta Dental. - Vision benefits are offered by VSP. - Company offers onsite Wellness Center at no cost for employees enrolled in our benefits program, including their immediate family members. - Employee Assistance Program (EAP). - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). - Employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation starting on the 91st day. - 8 paid holidays each year
