Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain late-model tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner).
• Secure, tarp, and haul flatbed freight using proper tie-downs and load control.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Maintain accurate logs and coordinate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own path within one year. Drivers enjoy pet and rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive to assess fit.
