Mailroom specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Making daily trips to the Post Office to pick up mail using the client’s vehicle. Temporary associates are not permitted to drive a company vehicle. Therefore, they will be the ‘rider’ on post office trips.
- Loading, running an inserting and,or metering machine to get all outgoing mail to the postal service daily.
- Delivery of cases of copy paper, cases of FedEx envelopes and mailing envelopes.
- Restocking Inserter Room shelves with client envelopes.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, push,pull 100 lbs, able to sit and,or stand for long periods of time, good hand,eye coordination are key for this position.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to make good decisions.
- Organizational skills.
- Mailroom experience
- Diverse background
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Attention to detail is paramount.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
