Lease Admin Analyst

About the Role:

Under general supervision, upholds the integrity of real estate portfolio data for assigned portfolio ofclients. Inputs, maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values andfinancial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Prepares, processes andreconciles AR & AP transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained. Configureand maintain workflow processes, including triggers, actions, and notifications.

This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolioadministration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services

What You'll Do:

• Configure and maintain workflows using Salesforce to process and route documents.

• Analyze incoming documentation (e.g., invoices, applications, requests, reports) to understand its contentand purpose. Accurately assign documents to appropriate teams, individuals, or systems based onpredefined criteria.

• Prepares lease abstracts and edits them for accuracy. Edits narratives to support computer generatedreports. Provides narratives on monthly variance reports. Provides lease analysis and interpretation oflease information to clients.

• Assists manager in resolving critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information aboutpayment transactions, lease terms and other relevant items as requested.

• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

• Impact the quality of own work.

• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Analyst position is $26.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $30 per hour with bonus potential. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
