Position Summary:
Elite Pharmacy in Canfield is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced independent pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist pharmacists with daily workflow and clinical services.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and medication organization.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Support medication synchronization and adherence programs.
- Maintain compliance with all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration (CPht preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Compounding experience is a plus , but not required.
