Invoicing Representative

Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Highland Hills, OH. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Match client invoices to timecards and review client invoicing for accuracy.
• Submit Invoices to debtors.
• Research and advise the customer of discrepancies to determine what course of action the customer wants Advance to take.
• Work with CSRs and Team Leads to resolve invoicing issues.
• Invoices are correct.
• Invoices are mailed promptly.
• Error rate stays within acceptable standards.
• Timely follow-up on exceptions and timely notification of management.
• All duties are implemented in a manner to support company policies and procedures and enhance teamwork.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks is maintained in an organized, effective, and positive manner.
• Work environment/dynamics typical work will be conducted indoors.
• Work days and hours will be dictated by current needs.
• Advance will provide all necessary work tools to perform the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/ hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (10 months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Previous invoicing/billing experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including payroll, payroll taxes, A/P, A/R, and cash posting.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use multiple types of software, including MS Office, and proficiency in basic office equipment.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Occasional travel to complete needed training may be needed.
