• Family-friendly hours: Open 6:30am–5:30pm (yes, we actually close at 5:30—be home every evening!) you will be scheduled an 8 hour shift during this time.

What You’ll Do

• Create and support fun, age-appropriate activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Partner with the Lead Teacher to bring engaging lesson plans to life
• Build a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where curiosity thrives
• Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and exploration
• Use positive reinforcement to guide behavior and build confidence
• Share children’s progress with families and celebrate their milestones
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and joyful
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being at all times (first aid when needed)

What We’re Looking For

• At least Associates Degree in Early Childhood OR CPL 3 on OCCRRA.
• Experience with children is required.
• An understanding of child development and behavior guidance
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Willingness to obtain First Aid certification and CPR
• A warm heart, positive attitude, and genuine love for children
