- Helpdesk-Password Resets, Software installations, and assist users with basic troubleshooting with programs such as Office 365 Suite
- Hardware installs, printer maintenance and troubleshooting, assist with physical inventory of equipment
- Imaging and configuring Windows laptops and Desktops, configuring Chromebooks
- Basic networking and cable management
- PAID Internship - the rate is based on your rank in school (see below supplemental information)

- Our interns work year around and are eligible to participate in the intern program as long as they are enrolled in an accredited college or university and are in good academic standing.
