RCD RV is seeking a skilled and reliable RV Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of RV systems — including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and appliances. Whether you’re an experienced tech or looking to expand your skills in the RV industry, we offer hands-on work and great growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair RV systems: electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and more
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Install upgrades (solar panels, awnings, satellite systems, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and service appliances (refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters)
• Provides detailed documentation of work completed and communicates clearly with Service Advisors and customers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of repair experience preferred (auto, marine, construction, handy man and/or property maintenance experience also considered)
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals
• Detail oriented and follows instructions
• Performs high quality repairs
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Positive attitude and team mindset
