BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Assistant Property Manager to support a community in Fairborn, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable APM with compliance experience to step into a stable, full‑time weekday role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Property Manager with daily operations of the apartment community
- Handle resident relations, leasing support, and rent collections
- Manage paperwork, reports, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to HUD and Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance and oversee work orders as needed
- Utilize property management software for resident records and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous Assistant Property Manager experience (required)
- Strong HUD and Tax Credit/LIHTC compliance experience
- Experience using OneSite and/or RealPage software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
