Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
Attentively report and keep records as required by the facility
Build lasting customer relations
Comply with all government regulations and company safety policies and procedures including safety training and inspections
Follow all company polices and perform all assigned tasks in an efficient and safe manner
Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion
Greet customers in a polite, professional and positive manner
Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmental sound condition
Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working order, participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment
Operate safely within Heritage Cooperative policy, procedures, and governmental regulations
Other grain handling including but not limited to, filling /reclaiming of ground piles, transferring, etc.
Perform critical operations to keep facility running such as loading/unloading trucks and railcars
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc
Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds
Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Respectable Mechanical Skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Driver’s License, with acceptable driving record
Class A CDL
- DOT Medical Certificate
- (N) Tanker Endorsement
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous Grain Experience

WORK AUTHORIZATION
