Subaru Automotive Sales Consultant

Diehl Subaru is aggressively hiring 2 entry-level Sales Consultants by February 28th, specifically targeting individuals new to automotive sales who want a stable income while learning a high-earning career.
Your $4,000 guaranteed monthly base salary equates to approximately $23/hour based on a scheduled 40-hour work week — before commissions and bonuses.

What You’ll Do (We Train You)
- Learn the Subaru sales process from the ground up
- Assist customers in selecting the right Subaru vehicle
- Present features, pricing, and conduct test drives
- Build relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Who This Role Is Perfect For
- No previous car sales experience — encouraged to apply
- Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or call centers
- Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
