Production Worker
Pay: 15$ an hour
Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30 - 5:30
Job Description: Injection molding machine operator
What we offer:
1. $15 an hour starting rate for the first 500 hours or approximately 3 months
2. $16 an hour thereafter
3. 1 week PTO (paid time off) for the first and second year, accruing hourly
4. 2 weeks PTO for the years 3, 4, and 5
5. 3 weeks PTO after 5 years
6. Performance bonuses will be given at year's end based on attendance and performance
7. Life insurance benefit given after one full year of employment
8. Opportunities for overtime may become available based on customer need
Job Requirements:
Operate 1 or 2 (at the same time) injection molding machines
Operate additional equipment for secondary operations, such as a drill press
May be required to stand for 10 hours
Be able to lift 40 lb
Must drive to work
Must be able to speak and read English
Be prepared for weather, both hot and cold
Expected to show up every day with a 5-minute grace period
Must wear PPE at all times (safety glasses, gloves)
