Nurse Practitioner
Position Overview:
Ramp Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team in Lima, Ohio . In this onsite role, you will provide preventive care, chronic disease support, health education, and clinical services directly to employees at their workplace. This is a unique opportunity to deliver impactful care in a convenient and accessible setting, while helping to shape a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Oversight & Coordination: Collaborate with the team to coordinate treatments and ensure the highest standard of medical care for employees.
- Wellness Program Leadership: Take charge of coordinating all Wellness program initiatives, ensuring that employees have access to preventive care and health support services.
- Immunizations & Injections: Administer Tetanus, flu shots, and other vaccines as requested to maintain employee health and safety.
- Fit Testing for Facemasks: Provide fit testing for workers' facemasks to ensure they meet safety standards and are properly fitted.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with local EMS agencies to coordinate emergency medical services and enhance overall health and safety protocols.
- Safety Program Participation: Attend and actively participate in onsite safety team meetings, supporting the internal safety program and fostering a culture of health and safety.
- Site-Specific Meetings: Attend and engage in site-specific meetings to ensure that employee health needs are addressed and that safety measures are in place.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and Ramp Health guidelines.
Participate in client-facing health campaigns, onsite events, and support referral pathways as needed.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio
Current national certification
CPR/BLS certified
Experience in wellness, occupational health, chronic disease management, or employee health settings preferred
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with biometric screening, lifestyle coaching, and medication education
Experience working with diverse employee populations in a workplace or onsite clinic setting
Comfortable using EMR systems and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
