Paylocity is a major plus!! Core Responsibilities of HR Generalist
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new staff, plus facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between staff and management, handling conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns.
- Benefits & Payroll: Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, 401(k)) and assisting with payroll tasks.
- Performance & Training: Assisting with employee performance evaluations, tracking progress, and organizing training sessions.
- Compliance & Policy: Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, and enforcing company policies
