Primary ResponsibilitiesStart up and stop equipment Operation of 500-1500 T Injection Molding Equipment.
Help to set up workflow for optimal performance.
Able to use process and end of line testing equipment and gauging tools.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Ensure conformance to specifications.
Mark parts for identification.
Assist in changeovers as needed.
Record data.
Able to read and understand written instructions.
Willing to take direction from Supervisors.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
Able to meet production and quality goals. Other duties as assigned:
Support and participate in EHS objectives.
Degree Preferred - High school diploma or equivalent.
Years of Experience•1 year preferred in manufacturing Hours: Mon. – Fri. 6:00AM to 230PM (overtime as needed)
