Line Cook
Bellawood Farm is an 82-acre farm in Canal Winchester, OH, with a full-service restaurant, wood-fired
oven, fully-licensed butcher shop and retail store. We are truly unique in the Columbus, OH area. A Line
Cook/Prep Cook at Bellawood Farm is a key part of the kitchen staff, and reports to the Executive Chef.
You are primarily responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food items at a designated station on
the "line" within a busy kitchen, following specific recipes and standards, ensuring timely execution of
dishes while maintaining quality and cleanliness under the supervision of the Executive Chef; your duties
include chopping and preparing ingredients, grilling, frying, sautéing, seasoning, and garnishing food to
order.
