Senior Sales Specialist (Fitness & Wellness) – Orangetheory Fitness (Akron & Canton)
Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a top-tier Sales Specialist to support membership growth across our Akron and Canton studios. This role is ideal for professionals from luxury retail, medspa, or high-touch client sales environments who excel at building trust, delivering a premium experience, and confidently guiding clients to a decision. You will work with prospective members at key life transition points and help them commit to a structured fitness routine that elevates their overall lifestyle.
This is a hybrid, on-demand role —rather than a fixed schedule, you will be brought in during high-value guest introductions to lead the experience and convert qualified prospects into members . The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience , a consistent record of top performance, and the presence, polish, and emotional intelligence to connect with a wide range of clients. You must be comfortable asking for the sale, handling objections, and closing with confidence while maintaining a relationship-first approach.
Compensation is designed to reward top performers , with a competitive base structure plus uncapped, performance-driven commissions tied directly to conversions and results . This role is built for high achievers who expect to be compensated at a premium level for strong performance and impact.
