💼 Position Details :

📘 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
💰 $6,760 – $7,553.91/month*

📗 Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
💰 $24.50 – $30.43/hour*

*Salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and language skills used in the role (50%+ bilingual application).

As a BCBA or BCaBA here, you’ll be a key resource for teachers, support staff, and therapists—helping to guide behavior strategies, develop intervention plans, and mentor classroom teams in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to students and provide guidance to staff and families

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Mentor, train, and collaborate with classroom teams using ABA techniques

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation and track behavioral progress

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Valid BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Current TB test (within the last 12 months)
• Must pass BCI/FBI background check
• Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage)

🌈 Work Environment:

• Mix of classroom, school grounds, and occasional off-site support

• Moderate to high activity and noise levels

• Work with students who may present complex behavioral needs
