Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

???? Bolivar, OH — 3rd Shift

Mon–Fri | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

???? Pay Range: $28–$40/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview

You will play a key role in machining ferrous and non-ferrous materials to tight tolerance specifications. This role involves interpreting work instructions and blueprints, maintaining high accuracy, and utilizing a range of machining equipment.

Equipment You’ll Work With:

• Manual & CNC lathes and mills

• Vertical & horizontal boring mills

• Horizontal saws

• Overhead cranes

• Forklifts

• Precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, thread gauges)

Job Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 3–5 years of machine shop experience (hydraulics industry experience is a plus but not required)

• CNC and manual machining experience

• Blueprint reading and interpretation skills

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail

• Good judgment and quality mindset

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry 40 lbs., 50 lb. pull

• Frequent standing, movement, and repetitive hand motions

• Work environment fluctuates from quiet to moderate/loud depending on the area
