Als Consultant für Microsoft 365 Compliance begleitest du Kunden bei der Gestaltung, Implementierung und Optimierung moderner digitaler Arbeitsplätze. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für komplexe M365-Projekte, entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Strategien und arbeiten eng mit Sales, Microsoft und cross-funktionalen Teams zusammen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Als Consultant setzt du Beratungsprojekte im Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace konzeptionell auf und begleitest deine Kund:innen auf dem Weg zu einer optimalen Implementierung
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Konzeption und Architektur komplexer M365 Projekte
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden entwickelst du Strategien für on-premises, hybride und cloudbasierte Arbeitsplatzlösungen
- Presales Unterstützung: Angebotserstellung und Kundengespräche gemeinsam mit Sales
- Hersteller-Kollaboration: enge Vernetzung mit Ansprechpartner:innen bei Microsoft
- Customer Success: kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenlösungen
