Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital transactions with precision.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Assist customers with product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure the store looks inviting and products are easy to find.
• Handle cash handling duties accurately, including balancing registers at shift end and managing refunds or exchanges.
• Support inventory management through stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and participating in periodic stock counts.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times.

Experience

• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Must be able to handle very busy situations and still maintain everything correctly
• Must be able to stand on your feet for whole shift and some lifting of boxes is needed too
• Must know how to do basic math
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math to handle transactions confidently.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor help build rapport with customers and team members alike.
