Duration: 3 Months (contract to hire)

This role will be supporting a seasoned executive. Must be local to Cincinnati, will be in the office 5 days/week.

Description :
Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of our seasoned executives. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the executive's schedule runs smoothly, travel is well-coordinated, and various administrative tasks are handled with precision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
2. Travel Arrangements:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Anticipate and proactively address any potential travel disruptions.
3. Administrative Support:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
4. Organization and Efficiency:
- Streamline administrative processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.
5. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
6. Special Projects:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects as assigned by the executive.
