Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document all services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Delaware state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping patients improve their communication and swallowing function

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Speech-language pathology assessment and treatment
• Swallowing and dysphagia therapy
• Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
• Clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient education
• Infection control and safety protocols
