Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and virtual inquiries in a professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors virtually, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and maintain digital records, reports, and correspondence
- Support internal teams with data entry, document management, and general administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail (including electronic document filing)
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing team communications
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Professional, courteous, and self-motivated attitude
