OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Cuyahoga Falls, OH by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD for nationwide OTR dry van runs from Cuyahoga Falls, OH, operating as a solo CDL-A driver. You’ll handle long-haul freight across regional and interstate lanes, logging consistent miles with scheduled turn times and customer deliveries.

What you'll do:

• Operate modern, sub‑3‑year dry van tractors with APU, inverter and sleeper to move freight safely.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain paperwork, and communicate with dispatch.

Compensation & support: 65¢/mi starting with ~2,500 miles weekly averages, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses and in-house maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience. Home roughly every two weeks with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
