Giovanni’s Pizza Of Marysville Ohio in Marysville, OH is looking for one pizza line / cut kitchen work to join our 42 person strong team. We are located on 205 E. 8th St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Pizza Preparation:

• Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to Giovanni’s recipes and standards.
• Assemble pizzas with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality.

Cooking:

• Cook pizzas in a wood-fired, gas, or electric oven, maintaining optimal cooking times and temperatures.
• Monitor pizzas to prevent overcooking or undercooking, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

Ingredient Management:

• Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and replenished as needed.

Food Safety:

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Regularly clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.

Customer Service:

• Occasionally interact with customers, taking orders or addressing questions and feedback.
• Ensure a positive dining experience through attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at this time.
• We do hire 14/15 year old occasionally
