Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated REMARKable Team Members for Full-time Closing Kitchen positions. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience. This role will be closing 5 nights a week, 2/3-11PM, so applicants with that availability should apply TODAY !
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Closer, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, learning every part of our operations while ensuring that meals are not only delicious but also meet the nutritional needs of our clients. Your expertise in food handling and preparation will contribute to the overall success of our food service operations, especially closing out the day and setting the Opening Team us for success.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food handling regulations.
- Assist with every aspect of our kitchen and catering events as needed, providing exceptional service and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create crave-able food and ensure efficient meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of dietary requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, catering practices, and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and safety standards.
- Certification in food handling or culinary arts is a plus but not required.
